We collect information you provide when you create an account, place an order, contact us, or join the Solar Bloom letter. This may include contact details, account identifiers, order history, shipping information, and communication preferences.
How it is used
We use information to provide and secure accounts, process and fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, improve the storefront, meet legal obligations, and send requested marketing messages. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
Service providers
Solar Bloom uses service providers for identity, payments, hosting, databases, analytics, email, and fulfillment. Clerk handles authentication, Stripe handles payment information, and payment-card details are not stored in the Solar Bloom database.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal requirements. We use access controls, signed webhooks, encrypted transport, and provider security features to reduce risk, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information, or ask a privacy question, by emailing hello@solarbloomskincare.com. We may need to verify the request before acting.
